Thank you for shopping with Fetch & Tag! We take pride in creating high-quality products for your pets. Please read our policy carefully:
Custom Products (Pet ID Tags)
All sales of custom engraved pet ID tags are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your custom tag arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 5 days with your order number and a photo to arrange a replacement.
If there is an error in your order that is our mistake, we will happily replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Non-Custom Products
For items like leashes, collars and adapters, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for items being return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Contact us at info@fetchandtag.com with any questions or issues.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
